Pre-planning
I am not a tattoo artist so I cannot speak for those who are. I bought these to carefully plot the fillers of my sleeve. I have a cohesive sleeve with lots of odd negative space. I drew my entire sleeve myself and I'm the type of person who likes to know exactly what I want, how big, and where I want it. For this purpose it has been great! I can also say I have washed several times with dial soap and they're still very visible.

easy to use with a TATTOO PRIMER or SPEED STICK
This was easy to use as soon as I realized you NEED a tattoo stencil primer. Or it won't work. Speed Stick works easily and you can get it at Walmart for about a dollar. This stuff is great and has helped me do tattoos on myself
